Logging In and Viewing Your Profile

Logging In

1. At magicsuite.net, from the Waffle menu, click the ReportMagic App.
   ReportMagic supports the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
2. Click Microsoft Sign In and choose your work Microsoft account.
3. If an Approval Required dialog box appears, please ask your Microsoft Azure Domain administrator to read the following:

• https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/active-directory/manage-apps/configure-user-consent-groups?tabs=azure-portal  and 
• https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/active-directory/manage-apps/configure-user-consent?pivots=portal - which detail how consent can be set up
4. If you are the first person from your email domain to register with ReportMagic:
• You will need to read and accept the terms and conditions, then ReportMagic will create your "tenant"
• You will automatically become a Tenant Administrator, meaning you must approve other people’s accounts when they join up and can choose to make them administrators or regular users
• You will have access to the Admin menu

5. If you are not the first person to register with ReportMagic in your company:
• You'll need to wait for your Administrator to approve your account before you have full access
• Check your email for notification that your account is ready to be used
6. Now you can: 
• Read through the Help, view other documentation 
• Start producing reports, use the QuickStart tutorial
7. Play around with the free version and Library reports or take out a paid subscription. To do that: 
• View pricing and either contact us
  or
• From the Admin app, click Tenant, and then Subscriptions.
• On the Change tab, enter the relevant details such PO Number.

Viewing Your Profile

When you are logged in, in the left hand menu, under the App logo and next to the Search icon, click the button to access your profile page:


On the profile page, you will find information about your Magic Suite account including name, access level, email and company (tenant). Here you can also:

• In the Theme box, set the required mode to ease personal readability, reduce visual stress and support use at different times. Choose from Auto (uses your computer settings), Light, Dark, Lime and Orange.
• Click My Badges to see which of 40 badges you've earned for using different features of ReportMagic. For example, logging in, submitting feedback and running macros in Report Studio.
• Click My Feedback to view all the feedback you have submitted to ReportMagic. While on the My Feedback page, switch from List to Detail view for more information on each item.
• Click My API Tokens to view API tokens you have created, and edit or delete them if required.

Logging Out

To log out:

1. In the top left, under the ReportMagic logo, click your gravatar.
2. Click the Logout button.
