What's ReportMagic?
ReportMagic makes it possible to write beautiful reports containing data from multiple sources such as LogicMonitor, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce, AutoTask and more. We add new integrations all the time - just let us know if you have a suggestion.
Reports can be branded, scheduled and emailed direct to you or your customers starting from your company's existing Microsoft Word templates for consistent branding, from a built-in Microsoft Word template or from playing Report Studio and then saving your work.

Which Account Should I Choose?
You can use a free version of ReportMagic limited to Library reports, and without using output for Production use.
For customized, editable reports, professional services and/or prioritised support, decide how many Production reports you need each month, then view current pricing on the Panoramic Data website. There is no limit to the number of users you can have, and with paid subscriptions, there is no limit to the number of templates you can create.

About the Different Users
Unapproved users can only see the Search, Help, Feedback and Profile page areas of ReportMagic but need to be approved to use ReportMagic fully.
Regular Users
Once approved, Regular Users always have access to the following:
- Search, Help, and Feedback
- Changing the Theme
- The badges they have earned
- Certifications
- Feedback they have raised
- Personal API Token page where API tokens can be created and deleted
If Role Based Access Control has been set up for Regular Users, they can access:
- Schedules
- Batch Jobs
- Report Studio
- Files
Regular Users can only run restricted macros in Schedules which have been locked by Admins.
Tenant Admins
Tenant Admins are by default the first user to create an account on a tenant (new email domain), and they create other Tenant Admins. Tenant Admins can do everything that Regular Users can do, as shown above, and additionally they can:
- Create/edit Role Based Access Control to restrict Regular Users
- Create/edit/demote/promote Regular Users
- Create/edit Connections
- Create/edit DataMagic syncs
- Create/edit Macro Parameter Defaults
- See various information about their tenant
- ALWAYS run restricted macros
Super Admins
Super Admins are generally Panoramic Data staff especially on Test environments. Super Admins can do everything that Tenant Admins can do and additionally, they can:
- Switch in and out of tenants and see all information
- Create/edit certifications,
- Create/edit/demote/promote regular/tenant admin users.
- See various information over ALL tenants
Uber Admins
Uber Admins give certain Panoramic Data staff all the functionality of Super Admins with the additional ability to promote users to SuperAdmin or UberAdmin.
Amending an Account
To check or amend your current subscription:
