A good way to familiarize yourself with the product is to take a short exam and get certified.

You can:

• Learn by taking the certifications until you pass
• Review your previous answers - From the Profile page, click My Certificates then double-click the line of the attempt you want to review
• View the help page related to each question, to easily access information about the topic
• Take a certification as many times as you like (leaving 24 hours between each attempt)
• Obtain a certificate which is valid for 12 months - email support@panoramicdata.com if you haven't received one within a week of passing an exam
• Try for a better grade by retaking if you wish (We take the higher of your pass rates)
• If you retake a certification (to get a higher score) and you do not pass, your certification will still be valid

Available Certifications

All ReportMagic certification is free and there is no cost to sit, or resit exams if you do not pass - just try again after 24 hours.  ReportMagic currently offers:

• ReportMagic Professional - a basic certification
• ReportMagic Author - in depth level of knowledge about template writing

Coming Soon - ReportMagic Administrator - this builds on the knowledge learnt in the previous certification and is useful if you are an administrator for your company

Taking a Certification

To take a certification:

1. At the bottom of your Profile Page, click Certificates.
2. Expand About the Certifications to read about a particular exam.
3. When you are ready to start the clock and begin taking the exam, click New Certification Attempt and if required, choose the required certification.
4. After each question, click Next.
5. When you have completed all questions, click Submit. You are told instantly whether you have passed or failed.
