Badges are awarded when you perform certain actions in ReportMagic and other Magic Suite apps, for example: running, editing or deleting a Schedule, submitting feedback or running a macro in Report Studio.

To view your Badges in ReportMagic:

1. On the top left of the menu, click your picture to go to your profile page
2. Click My Badges

Note: other Magic Suite apps do not yet show the Badges (coming soon) on the Profile Page. However the Admin app already provides the ability to view a list of all Badges awarded for your Tenant (e.g. for the different users).

The My Badges page shows several sections:

1. Badges you have earned in the past 31 days
2. Badges you have already been awarded
3. Badges you are very close to
4. Badges you have yet to earn

Each section only appears when relevant. We also don't describe how to achieve specific Badges - adding to the element of surprise!

Badge Levels

There are generally up to 5 achieveable levels, but not all Badges are available at every level - some might only go up to Bronze or Silver.

The levels are:

1. Bronze
2. Silver
3. Gold
4. Platinum
5. Superstar

If you are exceptionally lucky you can earn Platinum and Superstar Badges. These are very hard to achieve, so congratulate yourself if you have any.

Badge Descriptions

Each achieved Badge indicates the reason why, and sometimes an additional commentary.

Also shown is the count - this is just the count of when the Badge was incremented when you did a particular action contributing towards the Badge. Once you have reached a certain count, you may be bumped up to the next level e.g. from a Bronze to a Silver.

The "updated" (UTC) date is simply that last time the count was updated, and NOT the date that you were awarded the Badge.

When logged into ReportMagic, you will be notified via a pop-up when you are awarded a new Badge.
