ReportMagic - Batch Jobs

When a Schedule runs, a Batch Job is created. The Batch Jobs page lists all Batch Jobs that were created from Schedules. 

You can't delete Batch Jobs manually, but they are aged out of the system after a period of time (usually many months).

Each Batch Job also 'contains' one or more Report Jobs (each of which represents the individual input documents i.e. a report). You can drill down to each Report Job from this page, to see more details about how a specific input document ran.

On the Batch Jobs page, you can:

• Run again - to re-run the Schedule that produced the Batch Job
• Cancel a running Batch Job 
• View previous runs and information about success and timing 
• For a required Batch Job, click View Progress to see the Progress page for that run
• As you would with a still-running report, you can click each macro to view further information
