	[Table.ColumnCount:]	Inserts the column count of the previous table (Word), or a table by ID (PowerPoint).
	[Table.Delete:]	Deletes the previous table.
	[Table.Format:]	Formats cells in the previous table (Word). Formats cells in the previous table (Word) or (in PowerPoint) either: the only table on the current slide, or a table/tables by ID on the current slide. A subset of the rows can be formatted using the startRowIndex/endRowIndex parameters. A subset of the columns can be formatted using the startColumnIndex/endColumnIndex parameters.
	[Table.Graph:]	Retrieve data from the most recent table in the report and display in chart form.
	[Table.MergeCells:]	Vertically merge cells (downwards) that have the same data.
	[Table.MergeRows:]NEW	Horizontally merge adjacent cells in one or more rows.
	[Table.RowCount:]	Inserts the row count of the previous table (Word), or a table by ID (PowerPoint). Inserts the row count of the previous table (Word), or a table by ID (PowerPoint). The Row Count includes the header row.
	[Table.Save:]	Stores the previous table in a new tab in XLSX output documents. Use the [Table.Save:] macro to store the previous table in a new tab in XLSX output documents.
	[Table.Sort:]	Sorts the previous table in the document. Use the [Table.Sort:] macro to sort the previous table in the document by the specified column index (i.e. the column number from left to right starting at 1). The macro assumes a header row which it ignores.
	[Table.WorldMap:]	Inserts a World map into the report based on the previous table. Currently only works in Report Studio. Inserts a World map into the report based on the previous table, which must contain a column called CountryCode (2-letter ISO code), followed by Link (only in HTML output, to click on the map), HoverText (only in HTML output, for the tooltip), and Color (any output type) specified as a hex code (e.g. #ff0000) or a standard CSS colour (e.g. lightblue).
