Indicates the start of a section on the progress screen.
Purpose
Useful to indicate in Progress screens where a named section starts.
Compatibility
The macro can be used in all input document types and in Report Studio.
Usage
The name parameter (or the value parameter, if the name parameter is omitted) will be output in the progress screen.
