MS-22897 Major Certifications: improved and more useful user interface (for the pass or fail result) when a user submits an exam When a user passes a certification exam, the initial email (stating pass) is also now CC'd to an internal PDL person who is responsible for training. When an exam is submitted, as well as the existing small pop-up message in the corner of the screen, there is now a pop-up that provides more details - closing this then takes you to the Profile page (which lists exam results).
MS-15887 Major In the Docs app ReportMagic > Macros section, clicking a macro category node should present a table of the available macros Clicking a macro category (e.g. Agent, AlertMagic) in the documentation now displays a table of all macros in that category, showing name, summary, purpose, execute restriction level, and input document compatibility — replacing the previous "Choose a macro..." placeholder text.
MS-23019 Major Tenant Certifications Tenant Admins can now create and manage their own Certifications directly from the Certifications page. For example, you can also add, edit, reorder, and remove topics within a Certification and create and edit questions for each topic to build out your Certification content.
MS-23167 Minor Docs Search Results - the topic itself should be clickable Search results in the Docs app now have the clickable link on the Topic title (but the Link button remains as well).
MS-22810 Minor Docs/Certifications: Users should be able to see a score breakdown for each section in the exam It is now possible to see a breakdown of scores per topic after completing an exam. This is shown in the certificates list (in the Docs app, and for admins in the Admin app), and in the pop-up when an exam is submitted.

MS-23025 Major Docs: the Resume Exam menu item should not be present when a Certification has expired and is not 'active' Fixed issue where the "Resume Exam" button would incorrectly appear for expired certification sessions, particularly after logging back in following a weekend or extended period. Expired sessions are now properly marked as failed, the exam page flag is cleared, and the menu is refreshed before navigation, ensuring the resume option no longer appears for expired exams. Also fixed an issue where the "Resume Exam" button could appear in the navigation menu after logging back in, even if the exam time had already expired. The button now only appears for exams that are still within their permitted time.
MS-23108 Major Certifications: Users should not be able to submit an exam multiple times Fixed an issue where it was possible to submit an exam twice.
MS-22899 Major Certifications: There should be no Expiry Date for a Failed Certificate When a certification is failed, there is now no expiry date (not relevant).
MS-22806 Major Docs: There should be a "Resume Exam" button in the menu to resume an exam you navigate away from There is now a Resume Exam button in the Docs app menu, to resume an exam if you have one in progress.
