ProMagic - Quick Start

As a Tenant Admin, you can use the ProMagic App to manage your Professional Services projects and tickets, including viewing:

  • Projects active in the last 12 months, with details of hours used and progress
  • Issues raised, with status, details and up to date comments on each issue

You can add comments to issues, and create new issues.

If you require but do not have access to this App, please contact your Tenant Administrator or ask us to let you know who that is.
