Viewing Projects

Viewing active project(s)

To view all your active project(s) with Panoramic Data, including report customisation or custom software projects:

  1. In ProMagic, from the menu, click Projects.
  2. On the Projects page, choose which columns you'd like to have in the table, from the following:

  3. Sort each column in the table using the arrows on the column headers.
  4. Click the Filter (funnel) to shown only projects that match the filter. This also updates the search box:

    Alternatively, if you prefer, you can type directly in the Search box, for example:

    would show projects started after September 26 2024.

Viewing ended project(s)

By default, only active projects are shown - those with time entries within the past 12 months. To show archived and ended projects:

  1. Ensure you're showing the Active column.
  2. Click its Filter funnel and select False (or both True and False):
The table now shows ended or archived projects with entries.

Downloading project(s)

Click Download to download an XLSX spreadsheet of the filtered projects shown, with either the fields that are currently shown in the table, or all fields.

 

Viewing time spent for a project

To view the specific hours spent for a single project:
  1. In the table, click the project.
  2. In the lower pane, a graph is displayed.
  3. Choose to show monthly for the past year, weekly for the past 30 weeks, or daily for the past 90 days:
  4. Click and hover over a bar of time to see the exact hour breakdown:

Viewing time spent for multiple projects

To view one graph showing hours spent over multiple projects:

  1. Hold down CTRL and in the table, click the required projects.
    In the lower pane, a graph shows the requested data, with a key:

     
  2. Choose to show monthly for the past year, weekly for the past 30 weeks, or daily for the past 90 days.
  3. Click and hover over a bar of time to see the exact hour breakdown.
