ProMagic Notifications

The Notifications page is where you choose which emails ProMagic sends you about issues. Anyone who signs in to ProMagic can use it, not only Tenant Admins.

Choosing your emails

In ProMagic, click Notifications in the menu. There is a switch for each kind of email, and they all start turned on:

• I am mentioned in a comment
• The assignee of an issue changes
• The status of an issue changes
• Panoramic Data staff comment on an issue

Click a switch, or its label, to turn that email on or off. Your choice is saved straight away. You are never emailed about a change you made yourself.

Choosing which issues

The last three emails each have a Which issues choice:

• Only issues I raised, commented on or was mentioned on. This is the choice they start with
• All issues in my Tenant's projects

Which issues is greyed out while its email is turned off.
