ConnectMagic is Magic Suite's system-integration engine for MSPs. It keeps data in step between the external systems you connect to (PSA, RMM, monitoring, ticketing, and more) by running syncs that map and reconcile records in both directions.

What you see

• Signed in — a welcome card showing your account and tenant context (name, email, tenant, and whether you have Tenant Admin or Super Admin rights). ConnectMagic screens require Tenant Admin.
• Signed out — the ConnectMagic marketing splash with a Log in / Sign up call to action.

• Syncs — create and manage your sync configurations.
• Sync Studio — author a sync visually.
• Sync Scripts — write event-processing scripts and routing rules.
• Health — review how your syncs have been running.
