Health

The Health page is a read-only view of how your syncs have been running. Use it to confirm syncs are succeeding, spot failures, and download the data involved in a run for troubleshooting.

What you see

• Timeline — sync-dataset health plotted over time, so you can see runs and problems at a glance.
• Health records table — searchable rows showing When, Sync, Version, Connected System, DataSet, Status, Duration (ms), and item / success / failure counts, plus any Error.

Troubleshooting

• Each row offers downloads of the pre-sync and post-sync Excel workbooks, showing the data as it was before and after the run — useful for understanding why records were created, updated, or skipped.
• Filter the table to focus on a specific sync, connected system, or dataset.
