Buying by card
You can buy a Pro Subscription to a Magic Suite product by card, straight from the Admin app, without talking to our sales team. Only a Tenant Admin can buy. Payment is taken on Stripe's secure page: Stripe is our card payment provider, and your card details are never seen or stored by Magic Suite.
What you can buy by card
Pro Subscriptions are sold by card. Most are priced per unit, so you choose how many units you need:

You can buy from 1 to 100,000 units in one purchase. For more than that, or for an Enterprise Subscription, contact us: Enterprise is not sold by card.
Prices are on the Panoramic Data pricing page at https://www.panoramicdata.com/pricing/. You pay the price of one unit multiplied by the number you choose, monthly or annually.
Buying a Subscription
- In the Admin app, go to Tenant, then Subscriptions, and stay on the Subscriptions tab
- In the Buy by card panel, choose the Product, how often you are Billed (Monthly or Annually) and the Currency
- For a product priced per unit, enter the number of units. The sentence under the panel says exactly what you are buying, for example You are buying 250 devices of DataMagic Pro, billed monthly in GBP
- Select Continue to secure payment. Stripe's payment page opens
- Check the quantity and total, and enter your card details. If you are buying as a business, tick the option to say so and enter your VAT or tax number, which then appears on your invoices. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment
- Pay. You return to the Subscriptions page, which says that your payment has been taken
- The new Subscription becomes active as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a minute. Refresh the page to see it
If you cancel on Stripe's page instead, you return to the Subscriptions page, which says that nothing was charged.
Note: you can have only one card Subscription for each product. To buy more units of a product you already pay for by card, change the quantity of that Subscription instead, as the Managing card billing page explains.
If you do not see the Buy by card panel

| That combination is not sold by card | The product, billing interval and currency you chose are not sold together, or the number of units is outside 1 to 100,000. Change your choice. |
Buying from the pricing page
A Buy link on the pricing page opens the Subscriptions page in the Admin app with that plan already chosen in the Buy by card panel. If you are not signed in, sign in first with your organisation's Microsoft work account. If your organisation does not use Magic Suite yet, signing in creates its Tenant: accept the Terms of Service and you become its Tenant Admin, then you return to the plan you chose. Personal Microsoft accounts cannot be used.
After you have bought
Your Subscription renews automatically every month or year from the day you bought it, and your card is charged at each renewal until you cancel. To change the card, the quantity or the billing interval, to cancel, or to download invoices, see the Managing card billing page.
