The Subscriptios page allows you to view your product Subscriptions, change Subscription, as well as view charts showing your monthly usage.

There are three tabs:

• Subscriptions
• Subscription Usage
• Change Subscription

Subscriptions

This tab shows a table listing your current and previous Subscriptions for each Magic Suite product (AlertMagic, DataMagic, ReportMagic and so on), as well as more details where relevant - such as the start / end dates, quanty (Pro Subscriptions), references, and the terms and pricing.

As with most tables in Magic Suite apps, you can sort and filter most of the columns, as well as download the data to a spreadsheet.

Subscription Usage

This page shows a bar chart of your Subscription usage on a monthly basis, with controls to select the product type. Each product has different usage statistics (shown on the chart), such as the number of 'Report Jobs' for ReportMagic, and the number of Meraki devices used by AlertMagic.

For ReportMagic, a Report Job is generated for every output report (such as when you click the Run button on a Schedule) - this might result in 1 Report Job, or several if you are using batch variables to generate multiple output documents from the same input template.

In terms of Report Jobs, we do not include anything you run in Report Studio or those that result in 'System Error' or 'Worker Stopped' (these rare special cases are typically due to an internal processing issue). Pending Report Jobs (i.e. those that are queued up but not yet processed) are not included until the statistics are next collected and the report(s) have been generated.

The statistics are collected each day (typically at midnight), so the charts will only update once per day.

This visualisation was added in October 2025, so you may not see any data on the charts prior to that date.

Note that whilst all the Magic Suite products can be selected in the drop-down above the chart, ConnectMagic and MonitorMagic usage statistics are not yet populated - this is expected to be added in the near future.

Change Subscription

This tab allows you to choose a new Subscription, for a particular product. Just complete the form, review and accept the terms and conditions, and the change normally takes effect at the start of the next calendar month.
