Admin - Quick Start

The Admin App can be used by Tenant Admins to manage many aspects of each app, such as:

  • DataMagic Syncs and the executions of those syncs
  • ReportMagic Cached Values and macro parameter defaults
  • Access Control - the abilty to assign users to roles and manage what they can access and do
  • The "Agent Console" - allows commands to run on remote Agents
  • API Tokens - provides ways to access the Magic Suite API via Postman or other methods (such as HTTP)
  • Audit Logs - a record of most actions performed by each system
  • Badges - achievements by carrying out certain actions in each app
  • Branding - allows you to set basic branding for reports (font style, colours, background colour, etc)
  • Certificates - training courses achieved by users
  • Connections - provide the connectivity between Magic Suite apps and external systems
  • Feedback - view a list of all Feedback raised by your users
  • Notifications - shows all notifications (typically emails) sent to your users
  • Subscriptions - your subscriptions to Magic Suite
  • Users - manage (add, delete, edit) users
