Halo PSA Connections

To connect to Halo PSA, you will need:

• URL (e.g. https://mycompany.halopsa.com)
• Client ID (This will be a GUID)
• Client Secret (This will be two concatentated GUIDs)

Ask your Halo PSA administrator to generate these for client authentication by going to:

• Configuration $\to$ 
• Integrations $\to$ 
• Halo PSA API $\to$
• $Applications$
• $C$reate a new Application
• Call it "Magic Suite"
• Select 'Client ID and Secret (Services)' as the Authentication Method
• Login Type: Agent
• Assign the appropriate permissions.

Configure these items as follows in the Connection dialog:

• URL: enter the URL
• Username: enter your Client ID
• Password: enter your Client Secret
• Configuration: not needed / supported
