Halo PSA Connections
To connect to Halo PSA, you will need:
- URL (e.g. https://mycompany.halopsa.com)
- Client ID (This will be a GUID)
- Client Secret (This will be two concatentated GUIDs)
Ask your Halo PSA administrator to generate these for client authentication by going to:
- Configuration
- Integrations
- Halo PSA API
- reate a new Application
- Call it "Magic Suite"
- Select 'Client ID and Secret (Services)' as the Authentication Method
- Login Type: Agent
- Assign the appropriate permissions.
Configure these items as follows in the Connection dialog:
- URL: enter the URL
- Username: enter your Client ID
- Password: enter your Client Secret
- Configuration: not needed / supported
