Certificates - Admin

Overview

Certificates form part of user training and certification. They provide a way for a user to undertake training via a series of questions, and if successful are awarded a relevant Certificate - such as ReportMagic Author, ReportMagic Professionsl, and so on.

Available Certifications are updated periodically, and new ones added over time.

Once a user attempts a Certification, they will either pass (and be awarded a Certificate), or may re-try after a cool-down period. In general, most of the information needed to pass each test is available within the Magic Suite help, or the specific apps themselves.

My Certificates

The Profile Page in ReportMagic can be used to view your own Certificates.

Other apps (such as AlertMagic, DataMagic, and the Admin App) will soon provide the same link to view your own Certificates.

Admins may view all the Certificates achieved by their users, as well as the pass mark and details such as the date awarded.
